Wedding Ceremony Options
Option 1 – Cost $350
- Bride, Groom and Witnesses in attendance at my home
- No trimmings, just paperwork, basic ceremony, and no rehearsal
- Legal paperwork completed on day and submitted to Births Deaths & Marriages
- Ceremonial Certificate supplied on the wedding dayPlease note – A non-refundable deposit $100.00 non-refundable is required at signing your Notice of Intended Marriage 4 weeks prior. This is required due to the fact that I may have turned down other weddings on this date and suffer loss of income if the wedding is cancelled or postponed.
Balance to be paid 1 week prior to ceremony. Travel under personal health reasons can be discussed. If required a shortening of time may incur extra costs. Cost does not include paperwork for your original wedding certificate as you must apply for this yourself through Births Deaths Marriages.

Option 2 – Cost $450
- Bride, Groom and Family Member doing ceremony with me in attendance doing legals (saying monetom required)
- No trimmings, just paperwork, basic ceremony, and no rehearsal
- Legal paperwork completed on day and submitted to Births Deaths & Marriages
- Ceremonial Certificate supplied on the wedding dayPlease note – A non-refundable deposit $150.00 non-refundable is required at signing your Notice of Intended Marriage 4 weeks prior. This is required due to the fact that I may have turned down other weddings on this date and suffer loss of income if the wedding is cancelled or postponed. No PA system will be supplied unless requested and an additional cost can be negotiated. Balance to be paid 1 week prior to ceremony. Travel over 50 kms will incur an extra cost (pricing will vary depending on distance). Surcharge may apply for peak periods, holidays, unusual hours or remote locations. Cost does not include paperwork for your original wedding certificate as you must apply for this yourself through Births Deaths Marriages.

Option 3 – Cost $550
- Bride, Groom, Witnesses, and up to 45 guests
- Basic ceremony, PA system supplied, one rehearsal
- Legal paperwork completed before the wedding day and paperwork submitted to Births Deaths & Marriages after wedding
- Ceremonial certificate supplied on the wedding dayPlease note – A non-refundable deposit $150.00 non-refundable is required at signing your Notice of Intended Marriage 4 weeks prior. This is required due to the fact that I may have turned down other weddings on this date and suffer loss of income if the wedding is cancelled or postponed. Balance to be paid 1 week prior to ceremony. Travel over 50 kms will incur an extra cost (pricing will vary depending on distance). Surcharge may apply for peak periods, holidays, unusual hours or remote locations.

Option 4 – Cost $650
- All the Bells and Whistles
- Personalised ceremony – crafted creating an open and honest environment where the clients (Bride & Groom) can feel confident to approaching sensitive subjects supplying a Bridal Diary to fill out about what is upcoming, assisting the story telling process for your ceremony, readings (click here for Poems & Readings suggestions). I work with my clients in close consultation in person and/or online as required.
- PA system supplied and rehearsal done in person
- Meetings with Bride Groom
- Dealing appropriately with personal documents and personal information; and maintaining appropriate facilities for the secure storage of records; ensuring the return of all personal documents belonging to the parties as soon as practicable (unless it is necessary to keep the documents for the ceremony).
- Legal paperwork completed before the wedding day and paperwork submitted to Births Deaths & Marriages after wedding
- Ceremonial certificate supplied on the day
- Adding your application for your Wedding Certificate paperwork to be submitted which you apply for at your cost (you must sign and pay by credit card for this as I cannot apply)
- Professional dress code on the day (I will dress in colours/attire as requested by Bride/Groom)
- Sharing my Knowledge – being able to write and deliver a ceremony, whilst being understanding and genuine, and simultaneously adhering to the Marriage Act, by listening to your needs and wants, and ensuring that I listen to what you want in your ceremony, and being open to suggestions.
Please note – A non-refundable deposit $200.00 non-refundable is required at signing your Notice of Intended Marriage and Balance of Payment Required in payment discussed between parties and final balance to be finalised the week before the Ceremony. This is required due to the fact that I may have turned down other weddings on this date and suffer loss of income if the wedding is cancelled or postponed. Balance to be paid 1 week prior to ceremony. Travel over 50 kms will incur an extra cost (pricing will vary depending on distance). Surcharge may apply for peak periods, holidays, unusual hours or remote locations.

Relationship Education
Relationship Education pamphlets are supplied as required for every Bride and Groom.
I ensure the ‘Happily Ever Before and After’ flyer is provided (in print or electronically) to both parties. If either party is unavailable, please ensure that an electronic copy is emailed to them before the Notice of Intended Marriage is signed.
The pamphlet is also available in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Croatian, Dari, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Khmer, Korean, Macedonian, Nepali, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Serbian, Sinhalese, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu and Vietnamese.

Refund Policy and Celebrant Information
Deposit is non-refundable as described on my invoice you receive on the day of signing your Notice of Intended Marriage.
Due to that you have booked that day and it is not available to other weddings on that day whereby the loss of work having turned down other prospective clients. My time and paperwork.

- Preparation and lodgement of documentation
- Legal responsibility for the ceremony
- Travel
- Running of office
- Dress standards
- Professional development
- Insurance
- Annual Fee
- Maintenance of a motor vehicle
- Office expenses
- Correspondence
- Advertising Clarity of Refunds
- Whether or not deposits are refundable
- Whether a deposit holds the wedding date or books your service
- What stage a full refund be given-if it will be given
- What the procedure is in terms of payment if the wedding is transferred to another celebrant
